To check availability or make a reservation:

§  Book one room at a time

§  Enter dates and number of guests above - Maximum total guests 3 per room

§  Hit the Search button. All available rooms will display showing the rate for the dates you requested

§  Select your preferred room and hit the Select button.  The reservations page will display showing the total for your reservation including tax

§  Review the information on your stay

·         If checking availability stop here

§  To make a reservation complete the guest and billing information

§  A valid credit card is required for guaranteed reservations

§  The billing information must match the information for your credit card

·         The cardholder must be present at check in - If the cardholder cannot be present, complete the reservation and note this in the “Special Instructions” section below

§  Hit the Review button

§  Your reservation will display, review your reservation and check the box confirming you accept our offer

§  Hit the Book It! button

§  You will receive a preliminary confirmation letter and statement, our staff will review it, process the deposit, and send a final letter  by email
