The Hampton Ocean Resort is ideally located on famed Dune Road in East Quogue, New York. Nestled between Shinnecock Bay on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other, the hotel's location evokes an island-like ambience. We take pride in providing our guests excellent service in a tranquil, casual, Hamptons setting. Hotel guests can enjoy our miles of quiet sandy beaches which offer a limitless range of water-sports and recreational activities that have made the Hamptons so renowned. Our beach front getaway features plenty of amenities, guest services and a convenient location just minutes from Westhampton, Quogue, and Hampton Bays as well as many Hamptons area attractions. Whatever your preferences during your stay, our friendly staff is more than happy to help you make the most of your visit.
Relax in our newly renovated, beautiful waterfront guest rooms. We are happy to offer a variety of accommodations to fit your needs. Many of our one bedroom suites, two bedroom guest rooms and private cottages offer bay and ocean views. All rooms are nicely appointed with either large decks or patios, kitchens, flat screen televisions, and casual beach style furnishings. You'll feel right at home whether you are staying with us for a romantic weekend, family vacation or business trip. We look forward to seeing you and doing our best to enhance your visit to the Hamptons.
Deposit:
Credit card is required, but it will not be charged at the time of reservation unless the reserved stay date is within 15 days.
A 50% deposit of the room rate for your entire stay will be charged 15 days in advance of reserved stay date.
The remaining 50% will charged 3 days in advance of reserved stay date.
Penalty:
-Cancellations may be made prior to 15 days of arrival/check-in date with no charge or penalty.
-Cancellations made within 15 days of your planned arrival date are non-refundable and your 50% deposit for the length of stay will be charged.
-Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival/check-in date are non-refundable and your 100% deposit for the length of stay will be charged.
We apologize in advance, but we are a small facility that relies on advance commitments and we are unable to make exceptions to the cancellation policy for any reason including inclement weather or medical emergency. We apologize again in advance, so please only reserve accomodations if you understand and accept the cancellation policy.
Other Policies:
Resort guests are not permitted to have pets unless their reservation explicitly permits it (pet-friendly rooms). There are however boarding kennels located nearby and the hotel can assist you in making arrangements.
All decks, buildings, and rooms are non-smoking, there will be a $500 cleaning charge assessed for smoking or allowing pets in guest rooms.

Checkout: Before 11 AM
Tax Rates: Room Charges are subject to 8.65% NYS sales tax & 3/4% occupancy tax.
There is a $25.00 charge (per key set) assesed for lost or misplaced room keys.
