We accept all major credit cards.

• All reservations are subject to availability and rates at the time of reservation processing.
• A valid credit card will be required to hold a reservation. Accounts will not be charged until check in or in the case of no show.
• All cancellations or changes must be 72 hours prior to arrival or a full nights room will be assessed. Early departures will be charged 50% of the following nights room rate. 
• Cancellation on a holiday or special event weekend require a 30 day notice. we are a small inn and cancellations are critical to us. please advise us of any changes.
• Check in is 4:00pm to 8:00pm Central Standard Time
• If you will be arriving after 8 pm let us know when you are making a reservation.
• Check out is 12 noon Central Standard Time
• A late check out may be arranged, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange for a late checkout. Failure to checkout by 12 noon may result in additional charges to your credit card.
• Suites rates do not include city and local taxes.
• Please inquire about our corporate rates.
• Rates are based on double occupancy for 1 bedroom , 4 people for 2 bedroom, 5 people for the 3 bedroom. There will be an extra charge of 30.00 for each additional guest
